I totally get the work culture vibe where everyone stays until the boss leaves (with varying amounts of actual productivity happening)! That's definitely something I saw a little bit of in DC! I'm glad you were assertive enough to clarify your hours! I just cannot get behind working hours and hours for free! No thank you!
